* Multiple ski areas are used to optimize SL and GS training and race preparation
* Consistently excellent snow surface and weather
* Super fast turnaround on T-bars and Poma lifts (surface lifts are also less affected by wind)
* Italian, Ladin and German hospitality.

Accommodation Infrastructure

The team is based in ‘Residence Montana’ – self catered 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the beautiful town of Magdelena – Val di Casies.

Our accommodation is centrally located to our primary training bases. The unique location and beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites.

• Breakfast & lunch are prepared by the athletes.
• Breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner are provisioned, and provided by the operations team.
• We provide a healthy meal plan, using quality ingredients from as many local providers as
possible.

Italy is geared around the foundational elements of SL and GS

* A high volume of training (quality quantity)
* We work from an established curriculum based on sequential and logical progressions
* Weak skills are identified, isolated, developed & then put back into the big picture
* Technical tasks & drills in and out of gates
* Purposeful course setting

We will run through full progressions with an emphasis on balance & stability, turn shape and movement efficiency
The overall focus is on the precise execution of solid fundamentals in all turn shapes, on all terrain and, on all
surfaces and in all weather conditions​

* 06:15 – Session 1 : prehab / pillar prep
* 06:45 – Breakfast
* 7:30 – Travel to hill
* Session 2 – Movement prep (once @ the hill)
* Session 3 – Technical prep warm-up
* Session 4 – Technical/gate training
* Session 5 – Technical/gate training
* Session 6 – Technical warm down or Power nap (time permitting)
* Session 7 – Physical training/recovery
* Session 8 – Video review (individual)
* 18:00 Dinner
* 21:00 +/ Lights out

Weekly planning will change as required based on weather, athlete fatigue, competition schedules etc.
