Accommodation Infrastructure

We are based at the White Mountain Lodge (3 star)

The lodge is centrally located in the beautiful town of Fulpmes Telfes .
Nestled in a quiet corner of the village and set in a beautiful garden, White Mountain Lodge is only 300
meters from the gym ( StuBay)

The lodge provides us with everything that we need for a comfortable home away from home.
The Lodge features 2, 3 & 4 share units, spread out across four floors.
The gym is a short walk away, 300m’s from White Mountain Lodge through a farmer’s field

Austria is geared around the foundational elements of SL, GS & SG

* A high volume of training (quality quantity)
* We work from an established curriculum based on sequential and logical progressions
* Weak skills are identified, isolated, developed & then put back into the big picture
* Technical tasks & drills in and out of gates
* Purposeful course setting

We will run through full progressions with an emphasis on balance & stability, turn shape and movement efficiency
The overall focus is on the precise execution of solid fundamentals in all turn shapes, on all terrain and, on all
surfaces and in all weather conditions​

* 06:15 – Session 1 : prehab / pillar prep
* 06:45 – Breakfast
* 7:30 – Travel to hill
* Session 2 – Movement prep (once @ the hill)
* Session 3 – Technical prep warm-up
* Session 4 – Technical/gate training
* Session 5 – Technical/gate training
* Session 6 – Technical warm down or Power nap (time permitting)
* Session 7 – Physical training/recovery
* Session 8 – Video review (individual)
* 18:00 Dinner
* 21:00 +/ Lights out

Weekly planning will change as required based on weather, athlete fatigue, competition schedules etc.

Austria Race Program

• January – March 2021
• 3 week blocks are available
• Travel : We fly into & out of Munich (MUC)

We train at the Stubai Glacier in the beautiful Stubaital Stubai Valley), located in the
Tyrol region of Austria. We stay at the White Mountain Lodge in the village of Fulpmes
Telfes , a short 10 minute drive south of Innsbruck. (Latitude: 44.0047 S, Longitude 170.4771 E)

Valley elevation : 1700m
Summit elevation : 3210m
Man made snow : No glacier
Injected snow : No glacier ( 1,000 year old ice is pretty hard…)

Dining : there are many good restaurants in the valley
Shopping : there is good shopping in the valley
Tourism & lifestyle form the primary economic base
The recreation options available in the Stubai Valley is incredible
